Methodology
We work for a broad customer base - across all industries from the private sector to education and science. Our customers' queries and service requests are just as diverse and varied. Standard content or research processes do not help here, only customised solutions. That is why we rely on a systematic research approach for every inquiry, which is tailored to each customer request.
We work with you to determine which research tools will be used.
Our standard repertoire includes classic desktop research covering all relevant, freely accessible sources. We also depend on specialised publications and proprietary databases or interview experts if the topic requires it.
We guarantee consistently high quality by regularly verifying sources and their validity, as well as adhering to standardised and clearly defined processes per ISO 9001:2015.
Certification
Data Protection & Process
As a company that works with a lot of data and information, data protection is a top priority at Content5 AG. When signing their employment contracts, all employees agree to comply with regulations concerning the protection of data following Section 53 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Similar clauses are included in contracts with freelancers.
Corporate Standards
Sustainable, ecological and ethical guidelines determine the corporate behaviour of Content5 AG. That applies to our supply chains, customer relationships or our internal dealings with employees. This also extends to allowing employees to organise their working hours flexibly - in the way that best suits their lives.
ISO 9001:2015
Content5 AG is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV Süd. Compliance with data protection regulations is also an integral part of all established processes for our services.
In addition, ISO 9001 certification forms the basis for our internal quality management system. The standards and control loops defined here are the basis for the consistently high quality of our services.
Economy for the Common Good Germany
Since July 2022, Content5 AG has been certified per the Economy for the Common Good Germany (Gemeinwohl-Ökonomie Deutschland). The certification includes comprehensive documentation and evaluation of all socially relevant areas of the company's environment and serves as a guideline for sustainable, ecological and ethical business practices. By including an EU declaration of conformity in our common good balance sheet, we also fulfill the legal requirements for non-financial reporting with the ECG balance sheet.
Bavarian Family Pact
Since 2017, Content5 AG has also been a member of the Bavarian Family Pact, a joint initiative of the Bavarian state government, the Bavarian Business Association (vbw), the Bavarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BIHK) and the Bavarian Manual Trades Association (BHT). The Family Pact aims to continuously improve the compatibility of work and family life - a goal that is also close to Content5's heart.
