Content5's day-to-day-business is characterised by change, sometimes in small trivial matters and sometimes in large matters. Whether it's a process adjustment to an existing project, the integration of AI applications into our research activities or the development of a new service, change and renewal are an integral part of our work.

Changes can be brought to a company from outside or emerge as an innovation from within the company. Well-known concepts that can be used to promote and develop innovation in companies include Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Open Innovation. Regardless of whether the impetus for innovation comes from within or from outside, the basis is always the company's corporate culture. An open, appreciative corporate culture with room for mistakes creates the conditions for new ideas to bloom.
