At the end of November, executives of SMEs met again for the annual “Wirtschaftsgipfel Digitalisierung” conference (WiGiDi). The conference lets attendees discuss one another's experiences and share best practices for digital transformation. 

The second day of the conference was dedicated to gaining insights, from the perspectives of SMEs. Content5 actively participated, presenting the realities of using AI in our everyday work. We shared our recent experiences using generative AI as an additional tool for conducting research.

We will be expounding on this very topic and our experiences in a white paper that will be published soon. Thus far, we can say that AI has the potential to positively contribute towards quality and efficiency. However, it is important to understand the exact strengths and weaknesses of the individual tools available, in order to benefit. This tells us that human input remains a constant.
