What does this mean for you, as a Content5 customer?
Our offers are fair, transparent and reliable.
You will receive a fairly priced offer from us. We do not create secondary offers, nor will you receive any additional charges from us. You have our word that fixed prices are fixed prices! We offer various options, such as (monthly) package prices or flexible hourly quotas, to best accommodate you and your project.
In the event that our preliminary research yields no useful results, we will communicate this openly with you and halt any further work on the project, without exhausting the agreed hourly quota.
We work efficiently and keep your efforts to a minimum.
Why is efficiency a component to our customer relations? Thanks to coherent processes and clearly delegated responsibilities at Content5, we are able to effectively communicate with you, avoiding superfluous work loops or unproductive communication. This efficiency positively impacts our rates and further enables us to quote fair prices – to our clients’ benefit!
As the customer, you decide when a project is concluded.
Do you have a question about an already-completed project? Even if it has been a year (or a few years), just contact us again – it’s no trouble! Our project managers are available to discuss your enquiry at any time and we will not charge you for this. If your enquiry results in a new request, such as the reworking of a project, we are happy to carry this out swiftly. After all, we want to provide you with the best possible results.
