On a day-to-day basis, we at Content5 produce a high volume of tailored research-based content, such as of informative texts, short summaries and news updates. Monitorings are a component of this. Corresponding to our long-standing client’s work in cross-functional teams, we have always distributed our daily multi-source monitorings via email. Our customer took on the responsibility of further distributing our research to their teams and collaborators as needed.
But what happens when client projects expand, and more hands are brought on deck to support the scale-up? How can we at Content5 mirror this in a new delivery of our research?
Our solution is Elium! It’s a configurable knowledge management platform, which we have tailored to provide a secure online environment for our client and their teams. Here, we publish our work into curated and thematically-organised segments. This grouping allows users to access and subscribe to their own subject matter whilst also maintaining an overview of the general project and information landscape.
The platform serves as a digital library for our client’s projects, through which users are able to navigate simply, bookmark single entries for later reference, or read up on historical content all in one place. It is even possible to ping an important report to colleagues and team members without leaving the platform. Elium is compatible with Office 365, Slack or Google Suite and can additionally be accessed through its iOS/Google Play app.
