The quality management system at Content5 has been ISO 9001-certified since 2012. In July 2017, we met all the criteria of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and were recently recertified this past July. 

Why is this important? The ISO standard and subsequent criteria explicitly require organisations to gather and retain all information that is used in order to improve the quality of internal processes and the quality of offered products and services, in a sustainable manner. 

As knowledge specialists, we face similar challenges to our customers - we require a system that ensures that personal, implicit knowledge can be used by everyone on our team, whilst also building and expanding our expertise from this starting point.

Given this, we at Content5 have consolidated a methodical research process with clear standards and consistent quality checks when researching and generating content. We are proud to be able to say that this is quality-tested and guaranteed through our ISO certification!
