How does Content5 thank its long-standing employees?

A pin, a watch, or a restaurant voucher that only covers half the bill. The list of classic gifts for long service is long and, unfortunately, often uninspired. At Content5, we want to do things differently and do without standard thank-you gifts. Instead, we give the gift of time!
More specifically: time in the form of special vacation days – on top of the regular 30 days of annual leave, of course. The exact number of extra days depends on the length of employment:
- 5 days are given for 5 and 15 years at Content5.
- After 10 and 20 years, there are 20 extra days each.
- And after 25 years, employees receive 40 days of special leave.
And best of all, these days can be used as flexibly as needed! Everything from an extra day off per week to a long trip is possible. This makes our employees and us happy when they come back relaxed and motivated.
