Are there people or institutions that support my project or have already made negative comments about it? Who should I talk to and whose interests should I consider important?
We answer all these fundamental questions in our stakeholder analysis. At the same time, we realise that people can be far too busy to examine a detailed analysis. Sometimes you need to be able to recognise immediately which groups are relevant to the success of a particular project and which people belong to which group.
This is exactly where our stakeholder maps come in, which we use to visualise the relevant players for a project and also show their intertwined relationships. These maps are clustered into different areas. For example, relevant members of the Bundestag and state parliaments are grouped under “Politics” and the relevant clubs and associations under another corresponding category. What if you want to send a press release to select journalists? You can use the map to quickly identify the relevant contacts for a specific topic. The map not only contains superordinate players, e.g., at the federal and state level, but also covers the local micro level.
As you can see, stakeholder maps are therefore an ideal way to rapidly identify the relevant contacts for any communication efforts. Content5 creates, on request, such a custom map individually for each stakeholder analysis.
We would be happy to send you a sample map. Just get in touch with us!
